Industrial
Bottle Coating
Our coating division combines high efficiency automation with bespoke creative finishes always within a fully sustainable framework
This industrial glass bottle coating line operates at an average capacity of 4,000 pcs/h and is designed for continuous, automated production.
Bottles are conveyor-fed into spray booths equipped with robotic nozzles and sensors, ensuring uniform application of waterborne coatings. After spray, bottles pass through a low-temperature curing tunnel, limiting energy consumption while delivering scratch resistance, wash durability and UV stability.
Finished products are handled through fully automated palletising systems, enabling a smooth, uninterrupted production flow
- opaque coating: full-body opaque glass decoration in white or colours, delivering maximum coverage. Available in gloss, satin or matte finishes
- transparent & semi-transparent finishes: controlled transparency glass laquering that enhance light transmission while maintaining colour depth
- multi-colour dégradé: layered glass decoration with smooth colour transitions, combining up to seven hues for refined gradient effects on glass bottles
- soft mirror: subtle see-through metallic glass coating with mirror-like reflectance, inspired by inkjet and advanced laquering mirror finishes
- 4 000 pcs/h for high speed industrial glass decoration
- custom water-borne primers and lacquers developed for glass coating, rigorously tested for durability and performance
- inline quality control for glass decoration, featuring precision coating thickness measurement, advanced machine-vision inspection and ISO 9001–certified quality management
Pad Printing
on Glass
Add precise spot graphics and technical markings without subjecting your decoration to high heat
- up to 2 000 impressions/h in multi-head configurations for industrial pad printing on glass
ideal for logos on irregular, embossed and recessed glass surfaces
advanced flexibility for complex geometries and areas that screen printing cannot reach
precise multi-color registration
compatible with sublimation and coating layers
- pad print can be done also with Kurz foils for premium metallic effects
Each glass container is placed on a dedicated holder and processed through a multi-pad printing system, where silicone pads pick up ink or foil from an engraved cliché and transfer it precisely onto the glass.
Pad flexibility enables decoration of irregular, embossed and recessed areas that screen printing cannot reach. Operating at low transfer temperatures, the process preserves underlying glass sublimation and coating layers.
Standard pad printing allows up to four spot colours, while the KURZ pad printing configuration combines up to two Pantone spot colours alongside metallic foil in a controlled industrial process
Foil pad printing (KURZ) enables the application of premium metallic accents on complex glass surfaces using a dedicated pad printing system.
Up to two additional spot colours can be combined with foil in a single process, applied with controlled pressure and heat to preserve underlying coatings or sublimation decorations, ensuring precision, definition and surface integrity
